We, Barry and Ingrid, came together in 2005 to do soul work within a committed relationship. Our own Romance has been a Hero’s Journey, across difficult terrain which has strengthened us and also brought to Light all of our own pain and unhealed wounding. Our own challenges, tests of Faith and Endurance are mirrored in the clients who come to us for coaching and transformational workshops.

We facilitate workshops for couples and singles, gay or straight. Using our knowledge of psychological astrology in personal sessions, we reveal underlying complexes and family inheritances, giving you a new lens through which to see the purpose of your Journey. And we mentor you to grow in self-knowledge which is the essential ingredient for meaningful communication.

As a husband and wife team, we created the True Heart Work process based on the premise that each of us, at a soul level, chooses to come into life with a broad plan of what we wish to experience. As Neale Donald Walsch puts it, we come here to remember who we truly are. We choose the strengths and challenges—physical, mental and emotional—we carry here. These characteristics are keyed to the moment of our birth and can be seen clearly in our astrological birth charts.

We choose our parents and children, close companions and lovers, and even work partners to be our guides and helpers, sages and teachers. Each meaningful relationship is thus a crucible in which we test ourselves and ultimately grow. Growth is often painful, but always ultimately rewarding.
